Todd Rosenberg, Detective (LVMPD), President
Detective Rosenberg has been a Police Officer for over 20 years. He is currently assigned to the LVMPD Academy as an instructor. In addition to the IPOF, Detective Rosenberg is a member of the Las Vegas Police Protective Association, International Police Association, Region 52, Nevada Republican Mens Club.

Richard Stepp, CLV Deputy City Marshal Unit, Vice President
9 years with USNR, City of Las Vegas for 8.5 years, Mesquite PD for 2.5 years, Navy reservist for 9 years, part of the IPOF for 12 years.

Erik Lloyd, Sergeant (LVMPD), Treasurer
Has served in law enforcement for 16 years.

Kelly Richter (LVMPD), Secretary
Employed by LVMPD for 10 years. Part of the IPOF for 4 years. Committee member for the LVMPD Law Enforcement Exploring Program (involved with exploring for 22 years). BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, completed in April 2001.

Dwayne Miller
Education: M.S. Security - Central Missouri State (1994), B.S. Biology/Spanish - USAF Academy (1990)
Military: USAF 1986-1994. Law Enforcement: Nevada Dept of Corrections (1998 - 2000), Clark County School District Police (2000 - 2002), NLV Police (2002 - Present), Detective Bureau/Property Crimes/Fraud detail. Non-profits: NLV Police Officers Association Board (2004-2007), Political Action Committee (2005-2006), Contract Negotiation Committee (2007), IPOF (Fall 2006 to present)

Charles Lee, Sergeant (Nevada Highway Patrol)
Sergeant Lee has over 18 years of service on the force

City of Las Vegas (9 years), K-9 (2 years), USAF Military (18 years), IPOF (8 years)

Jay D'Angelo
Clark County Park Police (4 years), Pasadena Police (35 years) - Retired Lieutenant

Gary Erickson
Police Officer with Mesquite Police (since 1998), IPOF (since 1999)

Soila McKay
UNLV Police (8 years), Law enforcement (10 years), Rape Aggression Instructor, Field Training Officer, Member of Nevada Coalition Against Sexual Violence

Ryan Brightwell
Current rank: Police Officer in the Community Relations Office Department, Henderson Police Department. Bachelor degree in Police Administration from Eastern Kentucky University (1997), Police officer for 10 years, (3) years as a police officer in Key West, Florida, (1) year as a Border Patrol Agent, (6) years Henderson Police Department. Member of the Fraternal Order of Police for 8 years, Patrol Advisory Group of the Henderson PD. Was a Union steward in Key West, Florida.
